For Businesses with under 1 million in sales and not exceeding 30 deposits, 75 deposit items, and 50 checks per month:

• Minimum balance: $1500.00
• Monthly fee for balances below $1500: $30.00

For Businesses with under 5 million in sales and not exceeding 105 deposits, 225 deposit items, and 150 checks per month:

• Minimum balance: $5000.00
• Monthly fee for balances below $5000: $75.00

For Lottery Accounts:

• Minimum balance: $1000.00
• Monthly fee for balances below $1000: $45.00
• Added Cash/Currency services: $1000.00 added to balance, $15.00 added to fee
• Added Night Depository Service: $100.00 added to balance, $15.00 added to fee
• Added ACH debits and credits service: No added balance or fee
